The Lean Machines 5-10kgs
Perfect for individuals aiming to lose under 10 kg. This group emphasizes steady fat loss and toning through a balanced approach to fitness and diet.

The Shredders < 5kgs
Ideal for those wanting to lose less than 5 kg and build muscle. This group combines fat loss with muscle-building exercises to create a lean, defined physique.
