How Does It Work?

- Biometric Assessment: Get a detailed analysis of your body composition using our InBody machine.
- Customized Plan: Receive a tailored workout and nutrition plan.

ACTIVITIES TO QUALIFY FOR EACH RANK
 Beginner:
- Complete an initial fitness assessment.
- Attend 3 fitness classes per week.
- Finish 6-week challenge
- Participate in a basic nutrition workshop.
 Intermediate:
- Participate in 3 group classes.
- Complete a 6-week personalized fitness plan.
- Join a community workout session.
Advanced:
- Achieve a 5% weight loss or muscle gain goal.
- Participate in a charity fitness event.
- Complete 6-week challenge

 Elite:
- Lead a group fitness class.
